Reserve your spot for Arete Athletics first Burn the Bird Thanksgiving Day workout. Email Myles at areteathletics@gmail.com or lisamag@gmail.com to reserve your spot. Minimum of 10 spots max of 25.

This will be a circuit style workout designed and implemented by both Myles and Lisa. Join us in a pre-Thanksgiving feast calorie burning sweat-fest. $25/person.
