I'm guessing we all feel a wee bit anxious leading up to Tuesday's big election. We have adapted the original Presidential Fitness Challenge to be more relevant and easily translatable to at home exercise. Use this as a way to blow off some steam during election and day keep you sane while watching the results roll in.
(and YES- Myles is wearing red and blue on purpose!)
THEME 2020
1) Get down- do 20 mountain climbers stand up repeat x 20
2) Ostrich Walk 20 yards
3) Hollow Body Hold :20 x 20 reps
4) Shuttles 5-10 feet x 20 reps
5) Fast walk or run for 20 minutes and :20 seconds
