Mobilize your spine

This week we are challenging you to practice some spinal mobilization exercises to increase your ability to move your body in all planes of motion. The better you can move your spine the better your whole body will move. When practicing these drills- if there are certain movements that are harder than others focus on those. Don't be a meat robot.
